Ingredients
- 1 package of Slaw Mixture (found in the produce dept of grocery store)
- 1 yellow squash
- 1 zucchini squash
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 stalk celery
- Radishes to taste
- Few pieces of broccoli
- Few pieces of cauliflower
Directions

Chop the above ingredients so it isn’t too finely chopped.

Use any type food processor, or chopper you prefer.

Mix all of the ingredients above together and keep it in the refrigerator.

Eat it with every meal except breakfast.

Add lemon juice, salsa or a minimal amount of your favorite low carb dressing.
