Broccoli Cole Slaw
(from suddenlyslim’s recipe box)
modified from original recipe to replace 2 tbsp greek yogurt for 1 tbsp mayo and 1 tbsp low fat yogurt.

Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli stems
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. Dill seasoning
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
- Stevia –optional (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. low fat Greek yogurt
Directions

Grate broccoli stems in food processor,

mix with the rest of the ingredients and chill.
