Ingredients
- Beef Brisket
- Rub:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic salt
- Paprika
- Dry Parsley
- Liquid Smoke
- Sauce:
- 14-oz ketchup
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup steak sauce
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 2 Tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 Dash Tabasco sauce
Directions

1) Rub the brisket with the spices and liquid smoke. Wrap in foil and refrigerate over night.

2) Combine all the sauce ingredients and simmer for 31 minutes.

3) (Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 300 degrees and then 5 1/2 hours at 250 degrees). OR 1 hour on high in the crockpot and 7 hours on low

4) (Remove foil the last hour) and add part of the sauce. Remove when cold, slice and refrigerate over night.

5) Add more sauce if necessary, and warm at 200 degrees.

There should be enough sauce for at least another meal.
