Idli Finger Fries

Ingredients

  • idlis,
  • vegetable oil(vanaspathi)

Directions

  1. Take leftover idlies, cut into thin slices.

  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

  3. When the oil is really hot, drop few pieces at a time.

  4. Keep turning them now and then

  5. When it is turns into golden brown remove from oil and remove excess fat using paper

  6. napkin.0

  7. Serve it hot with coconut chutney or any sauce
