Idli Fry

Ingredients

  • idlis -5
  • chilli powder-1 tsp
  • garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil for deep frying

Directions

  1. Cut the idlis into 4 equal parts and keep them aside.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pieces, till it becom_s golden brown.

  3. Drain from oil. Sprinkle chilli powder, salt and the garam masala.

  4. It can be served hot with Tomato Ketchup or stored in an air tight container for 2-3 days.
