Immune Booster Breakfast Shake

On the first morning I had it just like this. The second morning I added some blueberries, strawberries, and cantaloupe. No Vital Green in a.m. shake because I always take that at the same time as my XanoLean and 8Rx in the morning 45 min’s before breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Zavita
  • 3 oz Biomega
  • 1 oz SPN Recovery
  • 1 packet SPN Energy
  • 2 scoops Tropical Creme shake
  • maybe a little water.

Directions

  1. Combine all and blend till smooth.
