Oats and Whole Moong Dal Dosa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
  • 2 cups moong dal (split green gram) , washed and soaked
  • 6 to 8 green chillies , finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
  • oil for cooking

Directions

  1. Combine the oats. Moong dal, green chillies and salt, mix well and blend in a mixer to a smooth batter.

  2. Add the coriander, mix well and prepare a batter of pouring consistency.

  3. Divide the batter into 2 equal portions and keep aside.

  4. Heat a non-stick tava and prepare thin dosas.

  5. Serve immediately.
