Ingredients
- 2 inches Ginger root or 2 Cups Brahmi/Thyme Leaved Gratiola or 1 Cup Doddapathre/Thambuli Yele/Spanish Thyme
- 3 Green Chilies
- 1/2 tsp Jeera/Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Coconut
- 1 Cup Curds/Yoghurt
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Red Chili, Broken
- Salt to taste
Directions

Wash and peel Ginger/Thyme Leaved Gratiola/Spanish Thyme. Grind this along with Green Chilies, Jeera and Coconut. Remove to a mixing bowl and add Salt and Curds. Mix well. Heat Oil, add Mustard Seeds and when they splutter add Red Chilies and pour this over the Ginger mixture. Mix well and serve with plain Rice
