Granola

Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats - 2 cups
  • Peanuts - 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
  • Almond - 1/2 cup
  • Sunflower seeds - 1/2 cup
  • Raisins - 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
  • Maple syrup - 1/2 cup (Also you can use Honey or Date syrup)
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
  • Dried fruit - 1/2 cup (Cherries, Apple, etc)
  • Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup.

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix Oats, cinnamon powder, Cashew nuts, Almonds, Peanuts, Sunflower seeds.

  2. Add Maple syrup , vanilla extract , Oil and toss well.Repeat until all of the oats are coated with the Maple syrup mixture.

  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking Pan.

  4. Spread it out evenly, but leave a few clumps here and there for texture.

  5. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and bake for 30 min.

  6. Then remove from oven.Let it cool completely.

  7. Sprinkle some raisins and dried fruit over the granola.
