Ingredients
- Quaker Oats - 2 cups
- Peanuts - 1/2 cup
- Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
- Almond - 1/2 cup
- Sunflower seeds - 1/2 cup
- Raisins - 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
- Maple syrup - 1/2 cup (Also you can use Honey or Date syrup)
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- Dried fruit - 1/2 cup (Cherries, Apple, etc)
- Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup.
Directions

In a large bowl, mix Oats, cinnamon powder, Cashew nuts, Almonds, Peanuts, Sunflower seeds.

Add Maple syrup , vanilla extract , Oil and toss well.Repeat until all of the oats are coated with the Maple syrup mixture.

Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking Pan.

Spread it out evenly, but leave a few clumps here and there for texture.

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and bake for 30 min.

Then remove from oven.Let it cool completely.

Sprinkle some raisins and dried fruit over the granola.
