Chicken Pickle Recipe 3

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken -1 Kg
  • Turmericpowder-1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Color for appearance
  • Oil-3/4 Cup
  • Mustard
  • Ginger garlic Paste -2tsp
  • Red chilly powder-6tsp

  • PRE-PEPARATION:
  • 1.Cut chicken into small cube like pieces
  • 2.Add turmeric powder, salt and color (red) to the chicken .Keep it aside.
  • 3.Now grind ginger and garlic into paste. Keep it aside

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustards to the hot oil.

  2. Add chicken pieces and fry until the chicken becomes hard. (Around 30 minutes)

  3. Add ginger-garlic paste to the chicken in the pan.

  4. Keep on frying until it smells good.

  5. Add red chilly powder to it and fry for 3 minutes

  6. Remove the pan and allow the stuff to cool down.

  7. Store it in an air tight jar and refrigerate.
