Ingredients
- Boneless chicken -1 Kg
- Turmericpowder-1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Color for appearance
- Oil-3/4 Cup
- Mustard
- Ginger garlic Paste -2tsp
- Red chilly powder-6tsp

- PRE-PEPARATION:
- 1.Cut chicken into small cube like pieces
- 2.Add turmeric powder, salt and color (red) to the chicken .Keep it aside.
- 3.Now grind ginger and garlic into paste. Keep it aside
Directions

Heat oil in a pan and add mustards to the hot oil.

Add chicken pieces and fry until the chicken becomes hard. (Around 30 minutes)

Add ginger-garlic paste to the chicken in the pan.

Keep on frying until it smells good.

Add red chilly powder to it and fry for 3 minutes

Remove the pan and allow the stuff to cool down.

Store it in an air tight jar and refrigerate.
