Ingredients
- 1/2 liter Milk
- 1/2 Cup Shavige (Vermicelli)
- 1tsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
- 10 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- Few strands of Saffron, soaked in milk
- Few pieces of Cashew nut and raisins, fried in Ghee

Heat Ghee in a thick-bottomed pan and fry the Shavige in it for a minute. Add Milk and let it boil for sometime. Now, add Sugar, Cardamom Powder, and Saffron Milk and mix well. Let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes and remove to a serving dish. Add Cashew nut and raisins and mix well and serve.
