Ingredients
- 2litres Milk
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 3 – 4 tsp Rice
- Few strands of Saffron soaked in 1tbsp Milk
- Some Raisins, Sliced Almonds, Chopped Cashew nuts

Method:

Wash Rice, and let it dry. Heat Milk in a thick-bottomed pan. Simmer until it is reduced to three-fourths its original volume. Add washed Rice and cook, stirring continuously, until the Rice is cooked. Add Sugar and Saffron milk mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove and add the Nuts and Raisins and mix well. Serve either hot or cold.
