Ingredients
- 1 Cup Broken Wheat
- 1/2 Cup Jaggery
- 1tbsp Bengal Gram Dal
- 1tbsp Raw Rice
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- tsp Elaichi/Cardamom Powder
- 1tbsp Chopped Nuts (Cashewnuts, Badam/Almonds/Pistachios)
Directions

Cook Broken Wheat, Bengal Gram and Rice in a pressure cooker. Remove to a thick-bottomed vessel and add Jaggery and Coconut Milk. Cook for 5 minutes. Add Elaichi Powder and Nuts. Mix well. Serve hot or cold
