Ingredients
- 2 Carrots
- 1/2 ltr Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 10 Cashewnuts
- 1/2 tsp Elaichi/Cardamom Powder
- 1tbsp Chopped Nuts (Cashewnuts, Badam/Almonds/Pistachios)
Directions

Peel and grate Carrots and grind to a paste along with Cashewnuts. Boil Milk and add Carrot paste to it and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add Sugar, Elaichi Powder and Nuts, mix well. Serve hot or cold.
