Ingredients
- Idli - 2 chopped to cubes
- Tomato - 1/4 chopped finely
- Onion - 1/4 finely chopped
- Coconut - 1/2 tbsp
- Saunf - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli - 1
- Garlic - 1/2 pod
- Mustard and urad dhal for seasoning
- Coriander and curry leaves few
- Salt and oil
Directions

Grind the coconut, saunf, red chilli and garlic to fine powder or paste.

Heat oil in the pan add the mustard and urad dhal.

Add the onion then followed by tomato till its mushy.

Add the curry leaves and the ground powder or paste.

Add the idli and saute well so that everything is blended well and slightly roasted.

Garnish with Coriander leaves.
