Gorikai palya (healthy cluster beans )

Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped cluster beans
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1 tsp. chana daal
- 1 tsp. ural daal
- 2 red chillies
- 1 spring curry leaves
- 1 tbsp. grated coconut
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- Salt to taste
Directions

Chop the cluster beans into bite size pieces and cook for approximately 5+4 minutes in a microwave. Check often to ensure that it does not get over cooked. Cooking time depends on the microwave.

Method:

In a pan, heat the oil and temper with mustard seeds, urad daal, chana daal ,red chillies and curry leaves.(If you are new to cooking,do all of it on a low flame and chances of it getting burnt is minimum), Then add in the microwaved beans,salt and give it a good mix. Cook for another minute and then add in the grated coconut. Cook for another 30 secs.

Serve this hot for rotis or as a side dish for your rice
