Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup warm milk (more as required)
  • 2 tbsp saunf (fennel seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pinch of hing

Directions

  1. Mix all of the above to a medium soft dough. Let this rest covered for 15 mins.

  2. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it out to make rotis. Serve hot
