Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup warm milk (more as required)
- 2 tbsp saunf (fennel seeds)
- 1/2 tsp ajwain
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pinch of hing
Directions

Mix all of the above to a medium soft dough. Let this rest covered for 15 mins.

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it out to make rotis. Serve hot
