Doodhwaala daal

Ingredients
- 1 cup tuvar dal
- 1 cup milk ( I used 2% milk)
- 1 cup water + 1 cup more to thin the daal
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1/4 cup tamrind juice
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- cilantro to garnish
Directions

Pressure cook the dal with milk ,water and green chillies for 3 whistles.Once the pressure releases, add tamrind juice,turmeric and salt.Bring this to a boil. Add water as deisred to thin it

In a small pan add oil.Once hot add hing and jeera. Pour this over the dal. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot
