Gujrati Kadhi

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp besan
- 3 cups yogurt
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp chilli-ginger paste
- 4 curry leaves
- 2 red chillies broken into half
- pinch of hing
- 2 tbsp sugar
- cilantro to garnish
- salt to taste
- 1 cup water
Directions

Whisk the besan ,yogurt and water in a blender so that there are no lumps and keep aside

In a pan add the oil.Once its hot add jeera ,hing,red chillies the chilli ginger paste and fry. Then add the curry leaves and give a quick stir

To this slowly add the whisked mix, sugar and salt and stir well.Let this come to a nice boil (If you want a thicker kadhi you can add more besan. Adjust the thickness as desired)

Garnish with cilantro and server hot with rice or rotis
