cabbage dosa

Ingredients
- Soak 1 cup of rice overnight along with a handful of urad dal and chana dal
- 2. 1/4 kg of cabbage finely chopped
- 3. 3-4 onions finely chopped
- 4. 2-3 tomatoes finely choppped
- 5. 2-3 teaspoons of dhania seeds
- 6. 1 teaspoon jeera
- 7. 6-7 dry red chillies
- 8. 2-3 green chilles
- 9. salt to taste
Directions

Grind the rice, along with dals, dhania seeds, jeera and alsothe chillies to dosa batter consistency.. .

Now slightly roast cabbage, onions with 2 teaspoons of oil. mix this along with the tomatoes and corriander leaves to the dosa batter and pour over the tava until baked.. cook both sides…
