Bitter Gourd Fry

Ingredients

  • Bitter Gourd 3 nos
  • Oil 3tsp
  • Sambar Powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Ghee

Directions

  1. Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces.

  3. In a pan add oil,bitter gourd and salt. Cook this for about 20 min in a medium flame.Stir often and do not fry them crispy. Add Sambar powder, ghee and fry for 5 min in a slow flame.
