Khara Boondi

Ingredients
- For the Boondi-
- 1. Besan Flour- 1/2 cup
- 2. Water- just enough to make the batter
- 3. Oil- For frying
- For the Mixture-
- 1. Peanuts- 1/4 cup
- 2. Fried Gram- 1/4 cup
- 3. Curry Leaves- 2 sprigs
- 4. Red chili powder- 1/2 Tsp
- 5. Salt- To taste
- 6. Asafoetida- a pinch
- 7. Oil- 4 Tsp
Directions

Deep fry the Peanuts, Fried gram and Curry leaves, till they are crisp and set them aside. In a separate pan, heat about 4 Tsp of oil. Add the salt, Chili Powder and asafoetida and mix well. Add the fried Boondi, peanuts and other fried ingredients and mix well.

Cool the Mixture and store in an Airtight container.
