Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into 1.5 inch flowerets
  • 1/3 C extra virgin olive oil
  • 2.5 T lemon juice
  • 1.5 T finely chopped rosemary leaves (or thyme)
  • 1 t salt
  • .5 t white pepper
  • 7 garlic cloves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.

  3. Toss to mix well.

  4. Place in baking dish.

  5. Put in oven.

  6. Turn once or twice, until tender and caramelized around edges, 30-35 minutes.

  7. Serve immediately.
