Ingredients
- * 2 TB 365 Organic Everyday Value™ Canola Oil
- * 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- * 1 lb boneless chuck steak, cut into 1/8" slices
- * 2/3 cup 365 Organic Everyday Value™ Teriyaki Sauce
- * 1 can pineapple chunks (with juice)
- * 11/2 cups 365 Everyday Value™ frozen Asian Stir Fry vegetables
- * 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- * 2 cups 365 Organic Everyday Value™ frozen Jasmine or Whole Grain Brown Rice

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat; add garlic and sliced steak. Sauté until garlic is golden and meat is seared on the outside. Reduce heat to low; add teriyaki sauce, pineapple and 1/4 cup of its juice. Simmer 10 minutes. Add Asian vegetables and scallions. Cook another 5–7 minutes. Serve over prepared rice.
