Prawn, Nectarine and Hazelnut Salad

Great during summer with seafood dishes
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 2 people
Ingredients
- 500g cooked peeled prawns
- 4 nectarines, cut into slices
- 2 cups of rocket (arugula)
- 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
- oil and lime juice for dressing
- Crushed hazelnuts
Directions

lightly coat the nectarines in oil before grilling on a BBQ.
