Caprese Salad

Fresh tomatoes and fresh handcrafted mozzarella both of which we have at our store

Ingredients
- 2 med. red tomates, cut into wedges
- 1 cup yellow pear tomatoes, cut in half, optional
- 3/4 cup diced fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 2 Tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- Red Wine Salad dressing
Directions

Gently toss tomatoes, mozzarella, parsley, basil and salt together in a large bowl. Season with pepper.
