Ingredients
- 4 lb piece of beef, the more expensive the better
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope of dried onion soup
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 cups red wine
- 2 cups of water
- 1 bay leaf, crushed
- 1 tsp thyme and basil

Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven until tender, 3 1/2 hrs or so.
