Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 large eggs (or 2 eggs & 2tsp flax seed meal)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/3 cup teff flour
- 1/2 all-purpose flour (or 1/4 cup all-purp & 1/4 cup barley flour)
- 2 TBL coconut oil
- honey to taste
Directions

Blend the milk, water, eggs, and salt in a blender. Add the flours and blend for 1 minute. Add the coconut oil and add to mix.

Cook in crepe pan brushed with oil.
