SHRIMP LAFOURCHE ALA RICE COOKER

Ingredients
- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 1 c. onions
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. bell peppers
- 10 oz. can beef broth
- 1 stick butter
- 2 lbs. shrimp or 1 lb. crawfish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can mushrooms
Directions

Melt butter in pan, saute onions, celery, bell pepper, mushrooms until soft. Pour into rice cooker. Add beef broth, rice, shrimp or crawfish, salt and pepper. Turn on rice cooker. When cooker’s bell rings, it is done.
