Bean and cheese burrito

Ingredients

  • Salsa 2.0 tbsp
  • Romaine Lettuce 1.0 cup shredded
  • Onion 1.0 tbsp chopped
  • Red Tomatoes 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced
  • Canned Fat-Free Refried Beans 0.5 cup
  • Mission Heart Healthy Burrito 10-inch 1.0 Burrito
  • Cheddar Cheese 0.25 cup, shredded
  • Reduced Fat Sour Cream 1.0 tbsp

Directions

  1. Spread the refried beans on burrito then fill with the other ingredients, finishing with the sprinkle of cheese.

  2. Microwave briefly to melt cheese.

  3. Roll and fold one end.
