- Red Tomatoes 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced
- Dijonnaise 1.0 tsp
- Tortilla 1.0 tortilla
- Turkey Breast 4.0 serving
- Green Leaf Lettuce 1.0 cup shredded

In a bowl, mix the cheese and tomatoes and 1 tsp of dijonnaise and spread on tortilla.
