Cilantro Lime Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 lime
- 1 cup fresh salsa
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 packet low-sodium taco seasoning
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- tortillas {I use whole wheat}
- sour cream {optional}
- cheese {optional}
Directions

Pour 1 cup chicken broth in slow cooker.

Mix in taco seasoning.

Add chicken breasts. I just threw mine in totally frozen!

Add in salsa and fresh cilantro, squeeze in juice from a fresh lime.

Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low 6-7 hours.

Chicken should be tender enough to shred with a fork!

Scoop into a tortilla, add optional ingredients.
