Baked Burritos

Ingredients
- 1 lb 93/7 lean hamburger meat
- 2/3 cup low sodium beef broth
- taco seasoning
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 2/3 cup 2% shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 16 oz can fat-free refried beans
- 10 wheat tortillas (mine were 7.5 inches in diameter)
- (optional) FF sour cream, add'l cheese, salsa
Directions

Brown hamburger meat. Drain grease.

In a small mixing bowl, combine beef broth, taco seasoning,and corn starch. Stir.

Add seasoning mixture to hamburger meat. Simmer for 5 minutes, add cheese at the end and stir. Remove from heat.

Microwave tortillas 4 at a time, 30 seconds.

On a flat surface, fill each tortilla with 2 T of refried beans (use a spatula to spread over tortilla, staying away from the edges) and 3 T of taco meat mixture. Fold one side over, long end up and roll. Spray burritos with cooking spray.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes (or just long enough to warm everything up). Garnish with 1 T FF sour cream, a sprinkle of cheese, and your favorite salsa.
