Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter, softened
- 1 lb. box confectioner's sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 t. salt
- 3 c. sifted cake flour
- 1 c. milk
- 4 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
- 2 t. vanilla
Directions

eat oven to 325.

Beat butter in mixer until smooth, gradually add sugar, beat well.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well between each.

Add flour gradually, beating well.

Add salt, beat. Add milk gradually and vanilla, beat until smooth.

Grease pan well: bundt, mini bundt, or loaf style cake pan. Use baking spray plus sprinkle pan with flour.

Put 2/3 batter in pan.

Put dollops of melted chocolate in batter.

Add the rest of the batter into the pan.

Swirl chocolate with a knife – do not mix, looking for swirls.

Bake 1 hr. 5 minutes for loaf pan, 1 hr. 15 minutes for bundt pan, try 20-25 minutes for mini bundts, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely in pan, remove and frost.
