Maple Syrup Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. carrots, cut into slices diagonally
  • 1-2 T. maple syrup
  • 2 t. dill weed
  • 3 T. butter
  • salt/pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Boil carrots 10 minutes in large saucepan, drain.

  2. Return carrots to pan and add the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Simmer 10-15 minutes more until carrots are tender.
