Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots, cut into slices diagonally
- 1-2 T. maple syrup
- 2 t. dill weed
- 3 T. butter
- salt/pepper to taste
Directions

Boil carrots 10 minutes in large saucepan, drain.

Return carrots to pan and add the rest of the ingredients.

Simmer 10-15 minutes more until carrots are tender.
