Sweet Potato Yum Yum

Ingredients

  • 2 40 oz. cans yams
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2/3 stick butter, melted
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Topping:
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup white flour
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions

  1. eat oven to 350.

  2. Drain and mash sweet potatoes. Add all the ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Place in baking dish (pie plate works) and cover with topping:

  3. Mix topping ingredients thoroughly and spread evenly over potatoes.

  4. Bake 35 minutes.
