Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - 20 oz. cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 T. all purpose flour
- 1 stick butter
- 4 slices white bread, crusts removed
Directions

eat oven to 350.

Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl.

Mix the pineapple and flour together in separate bowl, add to the egg mixture, stir slightly.

Place in 1 1/2 qt. round casserole (white one)

Melt the butter in a bowl, drench each bread slice in butter, and place on top of casserole.

Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake 45 minutes.
