Andes Candies Brownies

Makes 16-24 brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 package (19.8 - 23.7 oz.) brownie mix
  • 1 package Andes Creme de Menthe baking chips

Directions

  1. Grease bottom only of 13 × 9 inch baking pan.

  2. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package.

  3. Spread into pan.

  4. Bake as directed. Immediately place Andes baking chips on surface of hot brownies.

  5. Allow to stand 2-3 minutes or until candies are melted.

  6. Using knife or metal spatual, gently swirl together melted Andes baking chips to cover the entire surface of brownies.

  7. Cool 2 hours or until slightly set, and cut into bars.
