Mango Goat Cheeese Bruschetta with Basil Oil

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C chopped mango
- 1/4 C diced red onion
- 1 T Basil, chopped
- 1 T lime juice
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 2 T honey
- 1/4 lb goat cheese
- 1 French baguette
- Basil Oil (see separate recipe)
Directions

Combine mango, onion, basil, lime juice, honey & cumin. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut the baguette into 12 slices and lightly toast. Cool to room temp. Smear the bread with 1T of goat cheese each. Spoon the mango salsa onto the cheese and drizzle with basil oil.
