Santa Fe Salad with Walnut Lime Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn
- cilantra
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen (or 1 can) corn kernels, thawed
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts (recipe called for peanuts, I used walnuts)
- 1/4 cup grapeseed (or olive) oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice (juice of 2 limes)
- 1 teaspoon Bragg’s Soy Seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- lime zest
Directions

Combine romaine, black beans, corn, cilantro, onions, and first amount of nuts in a large bowl. Toss to combine.

In a small bowl whisk together the second amount of nuts, grapeseed oil, lime juice, Bragg’s, garlic and lime zest.

Pour over salad, toss to coat. Place avocado slices on top and serve.
