Spinach Bhath

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 bunch of spinach, chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp Palya/Vangi Bhath Pudi
- 2-3 cloves of garlic chopped
- Salt and Lime juice to taste
- Tadka:
- 2 Tbsp oil
- Mustard seeds
- Hing
- Haldi
Directions

Heat oil and do the tadka. Add garlic and onion and fry until onions are translucent. Add spinach and saute until cooked down. Add rice, salt, lime juice and vangi bhath powder and mix well.
