Sweet Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can Libby's 100% pure pumpkin
  • 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups of sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and pumpkin in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

  2. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon, and ginger; mix thoroughly. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour.

  3. Serve as a dip or spread with ginger snaps or fruit.

  4. Makes 5 cups.
