No Roll Pie Crust

Makes 2 crusts

Serves 2 people
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup milk
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Put all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix gently to combine.

Divide in half and place each half in a separate 9-inch pie pan. Push the pastry up the sides and form a nice edge with your thumb and finger.

Prick the crust with a fork to prevent bubbling of the pastry during baking.

Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Remove, cool, fill.
