Ingredients
- 1/2 lb fresh green beans
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- Salt and pepper
Directions

Combine mustard, sugar and vinegar. Whisk in oil. Add kidney beans, garbanzo beans, steamed green beans and parsley and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
