- 3/4 cup instant oatmeal, nuked in water or fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup mixed frozen blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries
- 2 teaspoons whey powder
- 3 ice cubes, crushed
