Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 2 tbsp cooking fat, melted (dripping is good)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or cider vinegar
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions

Cut the stems off the kale leaves then cut them into chips of similar size – remember they will shrink!

Place the kale in a bowl and massage the melted cooking fat into them.

Add the lemon juice or vinegar & combine well.

Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Place in a single layer on a dehydrator sheet & dehydrate on 57C for about 8hrs or until crispy.
