Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tblsp yoghurt/vinegar/whey/lemon juice
Directions

Soak oats overnight in water & your choice of acidic additive above in order to increase digestibility.

In the morning add 1/2 cup of milk & pinch of salt and cook.

Serve with butter & coconut sugar/maple syrup
