Ingredients
- 3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup 1% milk
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 2 teaspoons whey powder
- 4 ice cubes, crushed
