Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or more if like spicy)
- filtered water
Directions

Place water in glass bowl and dissolve salt & cayenne pepper.

Add Pumpkin Seeds.

Cover and leave in a warm place for at least 7hrs.

Drain & dehydrate at 135F until crisp.
