Ingredients
- 1 cup crispy almonds (see recipe)
- 3/4 cup dates
- 1/4 cup cherries/rasins etc - can omit and add more dates
- 1 tsp almond essence
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

Blend all ingredients together in food processor until well combined.

Shape (either roll out & cut into squares or roll into individual bitesize balls) and refrigerate for about 3hrs.
